Refund Policy

At FRXME Studios, we understand that plans can change. We've created a refund and cancellation policy that aims to be fair to both our clients and our team, while respecting the time and resources needed to prepare for your event.

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy: 

- If cancelled within OR more than 15 days before the event date, FRXME Studios will refund the deposit minus a cancellation fee of 10% of rental fee. 

- If cancelled on OR less than 5 days before the event, FRXME Studios will refund the deposit minus a cancellation fee of 50% of rental fee.

 

Liability & Insurance: 

Customer agrees to: 

- Maintain the Equipment in good working condition during the Event. - Ensure that the Equipment is used only for the intended purpose as per the guidelines stated by FRXME Studios. 

- Supervise the use of the Equipment to prevent abuse or misuse.

FRXME Studios is not liable for injuries, property damage, or equipment malfunctions due to improper use, negligence, or external factors beyond our control. Any damage caused by misuse may result in additional repair or replacement charges.

Custom Services or Add-Ons

For customized services such as event planning, graphic design, or backdrops that have already been prepared or delivered, partial refunds will be considered based on the progress and cost incurred.

 

Refund Requests

All refund requests must be made in writing to frxmestudios@gmail.com. Please include your event date, booking reference (if any), and reason for cancellation.
